Our sister company, Francis Construction, were appointed to carry out extensive renovations to this residential scheme in Broadoak Place, at the University of Reading’s Whiteknights campus.

Internally, upgrades and additional joinery was carried out by Francis Joinery. The remedial works included replacement of windows and doors, floor screed repairs and further carpentry and joinery to modify staircases and kitchen units in order to provide compliant disabled access.
