A striking staircase designed to match existing flights above.

The brief specified by Hildon Water was to reinstate a flight of stairs to the coach house at their Hampshire estate.

Working on a supply and fit basis, our experienced joiners produced drawings for approval. Constructed from the hardwood sapele, the design included treads, newels and handrail, tulipwood strings and ply risers. The flight was primed for decoration.

An additional design feature incorporated a glass balustrade and removable bottom treads to create more floorspace to provide the client with enough room to display his classic Aston Martin when the occasion fitted.

Manufacture and installation were completed in a tight timeline while the client was on holiday
