Our sister company, Francis Construction were appointed by social housing provider Stonewater to construct a total of 12 affordable housing units. The scheme also included the construction of a new single-storey church extension at St George’s Hall, featuring underfloor heating, and a new office and WC, kitchen, and a parish room – with a folding wall to divide the space and provide flexibility of use.

External doors, skirtings, chair rails, and transitions between existing floors and new floors were made and installed by Francis Joinery, together with bespoke windows from a specialist window contractor.
